William Southworth is an international organizational consultant, coach, facilitator and trainer to leaders in both the public and private sectors. His leadership focuses are healing leaders and organizations, building understanding and agreements, consensus and collaboration in multi-party and multi-cultural arenas and conflict management. Bill has trained over 3000 leaders in facilitation and conflict resolution. He has worked with dozens of Fortune-500 companies, government agencies and public organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

Early in his career Bill was a Peace Corps Volunteer and Director of Peace Corps Training at Boston University, and an Environmental Psychologist on the faculty of the MIT Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning.

Penny Welch is co-founder and Program Director of Healing Leaders. She brings expertise in systems design, project management, personal coaching and training to Healing Leaders, and speaks fluent Spanish when needed.
